Ayurveda Health Consultation

This is an in-depth analysis ( observation, examination and questioning) of your health history and your current  status. We will determine your body type, and produce a personal treatment plan designed to include diet and lifestyle advice based on your body type and goal setting. In the second part of the consultation we present your dosha plan and go though it step by step. We give you guidance in choosing and using local herbs and spices in a beneficial way.  We give you hands on suggestions to complement your daily routine with exercises, massage, meditation and other harmonising body treatments and therapies.

The suggestions provided are individualised,  practical and effective. Ayurveda is an excellent preventative medicine too, that once learnt, enables you to take responsability for your own health and wellbeing. 

One consultation encompasses two appointments,  each

rouhly sixty to ninety minutes, depending on how much there is to consider.

Yoga Therapy

In yoga therapy we are using specific yoga practices and their known benefits to help alleviate and improve mental and physical ailments. Yoga therapy is a self-empowering process, where the care-seeker, with the help of the Yoga therapist, implements a personalised and evolving Yoga practice. Specifically tailored for your needs and goals, it is a non-invasive and complementary tool.  Yoga therapy can not only be preventative or curative, but also facilitates healing in the person at all levels. Fernflower yoga therapy covers a broad range of therapeutic modalities, incorporating elements of Yoga, Pranayama ( Breathwork), Meditation and techniques of Selfmassage. You don´t need any previous experience in Yoga.

In a consultation we can highlight the interplay of season and cycles with your nature and how to adjust your daily routine to support your body through times like menopause...

After a dosha analysis  / consultation  you know which are the most beneficial eating habits, foods, herbs, oils and spices. We can inspire your daily routine with individualised physical and breathing exercices to restore or maintain balance. What works for someone else doesn´t necessarly work for you.

Knowing your dosha is the baseline to generate strategies to support your body and mind in the most beneficial way – for a substainable energy level, healthy digestion, restorative sleep and living your natures talents and interests.


It is empowering to understand your dosha and the gifts that come with it. I can also help you to become more sensitive to notice when you are in balance versus off balance and how to adjust and support yourself in stressful times.
