Thai Yoga Full Body Work & Massage

This ancient technique of India, more than 5000 years old, is the mother of all oil massages. Enveloped in warm herbal oil and therapeutic spices, the experience is profoundly relaxing and rejuvenating. Applied to the body in rhythmic strokes, this Ayurvedic oil treatment is particularly nourishing. It massages and tones underlying muscle tissue increasing the flow of life giving oxygen to the tissues, improving nerve supply to the organs and all parts of the body.

Of course we choose the oils according to your dosha constitution and after the treatment we serve you a herbal tea and a traditional Rasayana to complement the treatment.

Drawing on the ancient wisdom of Polynesian Bodywork together with the renowned healing properties of Eastern cultural therapies, this massage encompasses traditional Maori healing arts, Hawaiian Ka Huna massage, Chakra Balancing and Energy Flow. It is a beautiful massage experience that will leave you grounded, balanced, nurtured and nourished from the inside out. The long flowing strokes of LomiLomi under and over the body are aiding to float away, relax the body and the mind. Allowing to restore the body back to its more natural and fluid state of harmony.

This massage is often compared to be like diving in the sea with a similar sense of weightlesness and connectedness.

Thai Yoga Massage is a form of bodywork that combines dynamic assissted stretching influenced by yoga and physical pressure along energy lines according to the Marma Therapy of Ayurveda. Thai Yoga is much more than a massage. It promotes vitality, strength and flexibility while increasing the flow of Prana in the body and mind. Traditionally you enjoy this massage in your comfy clothes on a shiatsu futon mat. Pressure point work along the bodys energy lines, passive stretching and spiral movement activates the bodys own healing energy. You feel deeply relaxed, recharged and grounded.
